My stay at this hotel was very disappointing. The rooms were nothing like the pictures; they were dirty and had a foul odor, which made for an uncomfortable night. The service was rude and unhelpful, and I genuinely felt unwelcome. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a decent place to stay.

I had a pretty rough experience at this hotel. The location is one of the few positives, being close to Carowinds, but the rooms were not up to par at all. I encountered rude service and an appalling condition in the hotel. You get what you pay for, and I really should've just saved my money instead of staying here.
